Stitch markers and mistakes

I’ve been having a couple of strange crafty ideas lately. Involving things other than knitting. Finally, something good has come out of it, I think.

Stitch-markers, in true DIY style I suddenly wanted to make them, and I did.

They are by no means perfect. But I got a little better at it with practise. The first one is to the right, and the farter left, the more ok they work. My first try at beading :D

Plastic Bag Crochet

As the hippy I am, I recycle as much as I can. This is old plastic bags, stripped into loops, banded together as to make it resemble yarn, and crochet with a 7mm hook. In the picture the bottom part of my (hopefully) new shopping bag is taking form.

Pomatomus mistake nr1.

Somewhere in this picture I’ve managed to do something strange. And made this needle nr1. instead of it’s original position as nr3. Go figure. This is just one of the three realy silly mistakes I’ve done so far. But since I probably will do more before I finish this pair (almost at the heel at nr2 now) details will come later. Luckily only one is visible to the untrained eye.
